The building occupies the plot of Anselm Clavé Street number 21-23-25-27. The typical plants are arranged around these two nuclei and an open cell. The distribution in the 1ª, 2ª, 3ª, 4ª and 5ª type plants is eight homes per floor, making a total of 40 homes. Two of the houses on the 1st floor are adapted.
