The project involved the partial renovation of an existing building with 12 flats. It included the refurbishment of some flats and the division of others to create new ones, the refurbishment of the interiors and common areas, the conversion of the garden into a common area with a swimming pool, the renovation of the façades and roof, and the renovation of the central courtyard.
