The project involved the construction of a building with 32 general-sector subsidized housing units, 1 store, parking lots and storage rooms, located on Camí del Mig in Sant Joan Despí. The building is built on four levels, consisting of two parking floors, a ground floor and 8 upper floors. The two basement floors are used for parking and storage for a total of 49 parking spaces and 32 storage rooms.
