Construction of a 40-unit housing development in Sant Feliu de Llobregat. The building occupies the site at 21-23-25-27 Anselm Clavé Street. The standard floors are arranged around these two cores and a light well. The layout of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors consists of eight homes per floor, making a total of 40 homes. Two of the homes on the 1st floor are adapted.
