The project is part of a complex of 132 subsidised homes spread over two towers: 60 homes in tower 1 and 72 in tower 2, organised over 15 floors.

There are two commercial premises on the ground floor, and the basement floors house a communal car park with 155 parking spaces (five of which are adapted), 21 motorcycle spaces and 72 storage rooms.
