The building is located in the Nuevos Barrios district, in the Collserola mountain range, and consists of a basement, ground floor, five upper floors and a ventilated flat roof that can be walked on. The central space, in the form of a covered atrium, functions as a greenhouse-shade house, creating a thermal space that generates a microclimate that supports passive construction systems and interior comfort in the homes, while also facilitating and increasing social interaction among the residents.
