The project consists of the demolition of the building of the central police station of the Mosso d’Escuadra and the construction of a new Hotel of 300 rooms by the hotel chain Motel One in one of the best plots of Barcelona, with views to the Park of the Citadel of Barcelona. Motel One is a group based in Munich, Germany with a portfolio of 60 hotels.
