The project consists of the construction of a municipal building that will make offices and rooms available to companies and institutions for rent for meetings or corporate events. Four separate buildings are planned, separated from each other by a public green space. The volume and envelope of the building allow for improved lighting, interior ventilation, climate control, and outdoor communal areas.
