The Bon Pastor redevelopment has replaced the old Casas Baratas with a new neighbourhood of homes designed and built according to sustainability and energy efficiency criteria, following the standards that the Municipal Housing Board applies to all its developments.

Building G1, now completed and in use, is part of the penultimate phase of this redevelopment. The development comprises 38 homes, 3 commercial premises and 38 parking spaces, blending harmoniously into the new urban environment and contributing to the social and architectural revitalisation of Bon Pastor.
