The purpose of the works was the rehabilitation of an existing residential building. It involved the segregation of the homes to create new units, the renovation of the interiors and common areas, the rehabilitation of the interior facade of the building and the minor rehabilitation of the central courtyard with the inclusion of a community space and swimming pool.
