The project involved the construction of a rectangular building with five floors above ground + 1 technical floor and a semi-basement floor that extends southwards, projecting beyond the upper floors. The new building is connected to the rest of the complex via the semi-basement floor, through the existing service gallery, which is located on the north façade of the building.
