The building is a 4-star hotel in the centre of Santa Eulalia del Río with 31 rooms, a basement, ground floor and four upper floors. Surrounded by holiday buildings from the 1960s and 1970s, the aim was to reinterpret the classic Mediterranean spirit. The project is inspired by the architectural tradition of the coast, with references to works such as Gio Ponti’s Parco del Principe. The façade features simple lines and traditional materials, with ceramic tiles and their reflections adding texture and character.
