The project involved the construction of a 10-storey multi-family building with a total of 48 subsidised housing units, with 2 and 3 bedrooms, a commercial premises on the ground floor, 48 parking spaces and 48 storage rooms under the subsidised housing scheme. On the ground floor there is a common area, inside, which surrounds the commercial premises.
