The project consisted of the remodelling and refurbishment of Simon’s former electrical equipment factory to house its corporate headquarters. This is a unique case that reflects the transformation of the neighbourhood, where a historically rooted company has recovered the industrial building to convert it into offices and research and innovation spaces.
