The redevelopment of Buen Pastor involved replacing the Casas Baratas with a new neighbourhood of homes built according to the sustainable and energy-saving criteria that the Municipal Housing and Rehabilitation Institute applies to all its developments. Building H3 is part of the penultimate phase of redevelopment and involved the construction of 50 new homes and 84 parking spaces.
